Rebecca Catron is an alto singer /percussionist, a Cape Cod native, and a Chatham local. She grew up in Harwich Port where her dad owned The Lincoln Lodge and Mary Todd Motel. She has sung lead in some popular bands back in the ’80s and ’90s 2000’s Rare Breed, The Native, and Cease Fire. She has sung Rock, Reggae, Ska, Motown, and Country. At the present moment, she is doing acoustic covers from the 60s to 2000s A little bit of everything for all ages. She sings and incorporates percussion to the best backtracks from a guitarist she works with online. She has performed at First Night Chatham, Mondays On Main, Brewster VFW, and the streets of PTown which she likes the best performing on the street. The songs she sings are ones you wouldn’t hear other acoustic players play. She has written songs with Rare Breed and the Cease Fire band.
